Kitchen and bathroom remodels are very popular for keeping a house updated and comfortable.  Also, enclosing a garage, building a second story, adding square footage to your existing home or making ADA compliant changes are great options when your family’s needs change.  The latest trend is retrofitting your home using green building upgrades for energy conservation and/or reducing utility costs.
